2. Data and Security

We do not create a user account for you.

Photos you take or import are sent to a third-party AI service for background removal. We do not retain your image files on our servers after processing is complete.

To support history and workflow features, the app stores project history and related data locally on your device. You can remove this data at any time by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload, share, or process any content that is:

• NSFW or sexually explicit
• Violent, abusive, or harassing
• Illegal or promotes illegal activity (including but not limited to copyrighted material you do not own, child exploitation material, or hate speech)

We reserve the right to limit or suspend access for violations of these rules.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Pricing is displayed in USD and may vary by region.

Passport Photo offers:

• A weekly subscription at $4.99/week.
• A one-time lifetime purchase at $24.99.
• Both plans unlock unlimited exports and all features.

Subscriptions are auto-renewable unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

We do not store or have access to your payment details.

5. Consumption Data and Refund Processing

By using Passport Photo and making in-app purchases, you consent to our sharing of data regarding your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple, as part of our efforts to resolve refund requests.

This data may include your subscription status, account tenure, and delivery status of purchased content. This information is shared solely to assist Apple in evaluating refund requests and is handled in accordance with Apple's privacy policies.

6. Intellectual Property

Passport Photo and its content (excluding user photos) are owned by Constantin Gînga. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Passport Photo is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. While the app checks photos against official document requirements, we do not guarantee acceptance by any government agency or issuing authority.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Passport Photo and Constantin Gînga are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including rejected photos, failed exports, or decisions made based on compliance check results.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may terminate at any time by deleting your data in settings or uninstalling the app.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
