• Support Messages: If you contact us, we receive the information you provide (such as your email and message content) to respond.

We do not collect unnecessary personal information, and we do not retain your image files on our servers after processing.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to:

• Provide Passport Photo's document photo creation features, including AI-powered background removal and compliance checking.
• Store local project history so you can access recent results on your device.
• Respond to support inquiries if you contact us.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.

3. Data Storage and Security

Photos are temporarily sent to a third-party AI provider for background removal and are not retained after processing. Project history and metadata are stored locally on your device.

You can delete processed files from Photos and remove local app data at any time through your device settings or by uninstalling the app.

4. User Responsibilities

You may not upload or process:

• NSFW or sexually explicit images
• Illegal or harmful content (including child exploitation material, copyrighted works you don't own, or hate content)

We may restrict access for behavior that violates these rules.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Payments are processed by the Apple App Store and Google Play.

We do not store or have access to your payment details.

Prices may vary by region. Subscriptions are auto-renewable but can be canceled at any time via your App Store or Google Play account settings.

6. Consumption Data Shared with Apple

When you make in-app purchases, we may share limited data about your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple to assist in evaluating refund requests. This data may include your subscription status, account tenure, and delivery status of purchased content.

This sharing occurs only in the context of Apple's refund process and is handled in accordance with Apple's privacy policies. We do not use this data for any other purpose.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your stored project history in the app.
• Delete local app data at any time on your device.
• Manage or cancel your subscription via app store settings.

8. Children's Privacy

Passport Photo is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under this age.
